How Did This Mission Begin?
IMA Consulting began in 2019 by Sanjay Padhiar. Before becoming a consultant he helped Loblaw ltd, adidas, and Bell with process improvement and system implementations.
IMA Consulting was created to help companies grow their operations and support senior leaders with transformation and change management.
Sanjay’s passionate about creating unforgettable customer experiences. His father used to say “Customers have the choice of spending their money anywhere. They must see the value in trusting you with their hard-earned dollars.” That’s what creates customer loyalty.

We like to take complex things and simplify them. Why? Simplicity breeds actions. If you have information overload, you won’t know where to begin. Our goal is to make our priorities crystal clear.

Meet Our Team
Sanjay Padhiar’s goal is to make the processes and systems work for your people, allowing them to focus on helping your customers. His ultimate desired outcome is helping clients create raving fans for their business.
Sanjay leverages 15-plus years of retail operations experience. His 20 years of customer service experience involves working for companies such as Canadian Tire, Loblaw Companies, adidas Canada, and Bell Telecommunications. He is also the Founder of IMA Consulting.
Sanjay Padhiar- Founder/Principle Consultant

Sonny Patel has a unique blend of legal and technical experiences, having been trained as an engineer (B.E.) and a lawyer (LL.B.). Sonny has worked in England, India, China, and Canada. His experience includes working in law firms and the Canadian government.
Sonny helps clients navigate complex challenges like intellectual property strategy, legal consulting, policy writing, and privacy impact assessments. He also trains employees and assists with team building through pioneering strategies.

Andrzej [Andrew] Misiak is committed to enhancing employee well-being, productivity, and mindset through his 20 year expertise in the health and wellness industry. He integrates Qi Gong [Chi-Kung] and movement to improve mindset, well-being and workplace performance.
Andrzej excels at effective stress-reduction strategies, boosting focus and enhancing productivity. His diverse experience allows him to connect with employees to provide empathetic guidance, especially for those facing personal and professional challenges, including addiction. He loves teaching through workshops.
