We ask questions until we know the processes inside and out. Asking people “why?” helps us understand people, processes, and systems better. We have to be super curious when helping our customers.

We love to ask “How can we have the courage to do things differently? Think differently?” Hard problems require creative solutions. Doing things differently can create better outcomes for us and our customers.
Care
Be considerate and attentive to everyone’s needs. Let people feel heard before being spoken with. Speak to everyone with dignity and respect. Go the extra mile and show that you care.
How Did This Mission Begin?
IMA Consulting began in 2019 by Sanjay Padhiar. Before becoming a consultant he helped Loblaw ltd, adidas, and Bell with process improvement and system implementations.
IMA Consulting was created to help companies grow their operations and support senior leaders with transformation and change management.
Sanjay’s passionate about creating unforgettable customer experiences. His father used to say “Customers have the choice of spending their money anywhere. They must see the value in trusting you with their hard-earned dollars.” That’s what creates customer loyalty.
